Birthday wishes and some minor updates

Boring and not much thing to add for this month although One Training Frame has passed, there's another on the way that just decided to come along and whack the beejeebers out of slacking. :) Yep I'm now on another offical duty that involves lotsa of "sai kang" but one which I'd rather be doing since it involves computers and touches on what I used to study. :P Beats lugging big heavy and bulky stuff around the place. lol.
